There is a beautiful rose garden in Arlington I love to visit with my family. The rose bushes are so pretty. I love wandering around them and reading the names of the the different flowers. There is a little shaded playground nearby the kids like to play at. I have often thought how I would love to do a photo session there. This spring I was so excited to get to take photos for my friend and her beautiful family at the rose garden. Here’s a few pictures from that session.

We got a conversation starter game for Christmas and our family has been enjoying asking a few questions around the dinner table. I love hearing each person’s answer. We played it over FaceTime with family which was fun too!

There was a restaurant we visited in Williamsburg that had conversation starter question cards in the center of the table for guests to use. I thought it was such a fun idea.

Alaskan summer is just the best. The weather is mild, the days are long and most days include lots of time spent outdoors in nature. Some days begin with early morning fishing. I love watching the sunrise while fishing at the river. It's such a peaceful, beautiful start to the day.
